Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders that are not customized are processed within 3 business days.  Items that are customized are processed within 2 weeks.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping times may be extended; however, Cherry City Embroidery will contact you via email in this situation.  Shipments/deliveries may occur on weekends but not on holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Cherry City Embroidery can not be held liable for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. 


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Cherry City Embroidery will only ship to physical addresses unless customer guarantees delivery will be accepted.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided at the time of shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customize the following: Cherry City Embroidery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Cherry City Embroidery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
